In the midst of a pandemic and all of the necessary Covid-19 compliance, this program goes beyond these new regulations and looks at the changing role of the superintendents, competent persons, and project manager to review latest regulatory practices and compliance responsibilities for superintendents, competent persons, and project managers. Industry experts will cover in depth LL81, LL 196, Covid-19 compliance, and some of the changes to electronic filing on DOB NOW on site safety plans and tenant protection plans. Attendees will receive an exact review of the laws, rules and regulations including what NYC Superintendents must know to perform their duties accurately, logs and forms required by NYC DOB, jobsite postings, required information from subcontractors and workers, and finally the penalties that can be associated with non-compliance.  Attendees will also be given a comprehensive handout of DOB logs, forms, and reference material. If you are building in NYC, you will want to be sure that your superintendents and team are up to speed with all the latest NYC DOB requirements. Attendees are encouraged to ask questions during and after the presentation.
